I have been an entrepreneur in Basel-Country since 2011 and, besides ImmoBilà, run two other companies based in Füllinsdorf and Liestal. Eduard Schweizer is our real estate agent for selling and letting in Basel-Country. He supports owners from the first viewing to the handover of keys: on-site property assessment, viewings with prospects, negotiations and coordination with notaries and banks.
Throughout the mandate he is your direct contact: you get feedback after every viewing, always know where the sale stands and make the decisions together with him – no detours.
Financing and mortgage, taxes on sale, tax return, accounting and running cost statements – by time spent, with a quote in advance.

When figures, taxes and contracts come into play in a sale or letting, he is the second contact at your side: affordability and mortgage, property gains tax and replacement purchase, tax returns for owners, accounting and running cost statements for investment properties.
This way you get property and finances from a single source – coordinated, understandable and without having to mediate between several parties.
